These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Summit Mountaineering PTY LTD, trading as Soul Adventures (hereinafter referred to as “Soul Adventures,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and any person, group, or entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Client,” “you,” or “your”) utilizing our services. By engaging with Soul Adventures, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in full. These terms govern your relationship with Soul Adventures and set forth your rights and obligations in connection with your booking.

Soul Adventures is a registered company under the laws of South Africa with registration number 2022/431461/07

1. Acknowledgment of Terms

By booking a Tour, you confirm that you have:

  • Read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
  • Reviewed all relevant information about the Tour, including itineraries, policies, and conditions, as provided by the Tour Operator.

Your participation in a Tour signifies acceptance of these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Soul Adventures.

2. Booking on Behalf of Others

If you make a booking on behalf of other participants:

  • You warrant that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of all participants in your booking party.
  • You accept responsibility for ensuring that each participant is fully informed of and agrees to comply with these Terms.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all participants and to bear all liability for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations.

3. Modification of Terms

Soul Adventures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the official website and will take effect immediately unless specified otherwise. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Website and Online Payments

1. Detailed Description of Goods and Services

Soul Adventures operates in the travel and leisure industry, offering guided tours, travel experiences, and related services. These services include, but are not limited to, adventure travel, sightseeing tours, and custom itineraries.

2. Delivery Policy

All booking requests are subject to availability. Upon receipt of payment, Soul Adventures will process requests within 1–3 business days. Booking confirmations and relevant documentation will be delivered electronically via email unless otherwise specified.

3. Export Restrictions

  • The product offerings listed on the Soul Adventures website are accessible to South African clients.
  • Tours are available to customers globally, subject to individual visa, travel, and legal requirements.

4. Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of services by Soul Adventures is contingent on availability. If a booked service is unavailable, the client will be notified, and a full refund will be issued within 30 calendar days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon.

5. Customer Privacy Policy

Soul Adventures is committed to safeguarding the personal information of its users. All personal information is handled in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Users may download the PAIA from this link.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments for bookings can be made using the following methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, or American Express cards.
  • Direct bank transfers to the Soul Adventures account (details available upon request).

7. Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions for Soul Adventures are securely processed via PAYFAST (PTY) Ltd and/or YOCO (Pty) Ltd, an approved payment gateway for South African Acquiring Banks. PAYFAST and YOCO utilizes industry-standard encryption technology (SSL3) to ensure secure transactions. No card details are stored on the Soul Adventures website. 8. Customer Details and Card Details

Customer details will be stored securely by Soul Adventures. Card details entered during payment are securely transmitted through DPO PAYFASTs platform and are not stored on the Soul Adventures website. For further details, visit www.paygate.co.za.

9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

  • The merchant outlet country is South Africa.
  • All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility

Soul Adventures takes full responsibility for the sale of goods and services offered on its website, including customer service, dispute resolution, and the delivery of booked services.

11. Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Soul Adventures has selected 2 Huntingdon Road, Morningside, Gauteng, South Africa as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all legal and contractual purposes, including the receipt of legal notices and documentation.

12. Variation Clause

Soul Adventures reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on the website, and continued use of the site will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Soul Adventures Terms and Conditions

1. The Booking Contract

Your booking is confirmed, and a contract is established between you and Soul Adventures when:

  1. The Tour Operator or your travel agent issues a written confirmation of your booking.
  2. The required deposit has been received in full.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Review the confirmation carefully and immediately notify the Tour Operator or your travel agent of any errors or omissions.
  • Ensure that all participant names match their legal travel documentation (e.g., passports).

Only individuals aged 18 or older may make a booking. By booking, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information to the Tour Operator.


2. Booking on Behalf of Others

When booking on behalf of other participants, you are considered the designated point of contact for the entire group. This entails:

  • Full responsibility for all payments related to the booking.
  • Communicating any changes or cancellations to the Tour Operator or travel agent on behalf of your group.
  • Keeping all participants informed about booking details, updates, and requirements.

You warrant that:

  1. You have obtained all necessary consents from the other participants in your group.
  2. The information provided on behalf of other participants is accurate and complete.

Soul Adventures is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by you on behalf of others.


3. Required Medical Information

You may be required to provide medical information relevant to the Tour. This could include completing a Medical Form, available on the Soul Adventures website. Certain Tours mandate the submission of a Medical Form as a condition of participation.

  • Disclosure of Medical Conditions:
    If you have pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to travel, participate in activities, or require special considerations, you must:
    1. Fully disclose these conditions.
    2. Submit a Medical Form signed by a licensed physician before or at the time of final payment.
  • Fitness for Travel:
    It is your responsibility to assess your fitness for travel and planned activities. Consult with a physician regarding your ability to participate in the Tour, including advice on vaccinations and any necessary medical precautions. The Tour Operator does not provide medical advice.
  • Right to Refuse Travel:
    The Tour Operator reserves the right to deny participation if:
    • Your physical or mental condition poses a risk to yourself or others.
    • You fail to provide required medical information or submit the Medical Form.
  • Pregnancy:
    Pregnancy must be disclosed at the time of booking. The Tour Operator may refuse to accommodate pregnant individuals over 24 weeks or those whose conditions cannot be reasonably accommodated.
  • Non-compliance:
    Failure to submit required medical information by the stipulated deadline may result in cancellation of your booking, with applicable cancellation fees applied.

Important Note: Travel with the Tour Operator may involve remote or underdeveloped regions where medical care is limited and may not meet the standards of your home country. Soul Adventures makes no guarantees regarding the availability or quality of medical facilities.


4. Special Requirements

Participants with special requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, or other personal needs) must disclose them at the time of booking. While Soul Adventures will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, limitations may arise due to the nature of the destinations or the availability of services.

  • Food Allergies and Dietary Needs:
    All dietary restrictions must be disclosed during booking; however, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
  • Accessibility:
    Some activities or accommodations may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility or specific requirements.

Special requests do not form part of these Terms or your booking contract, and Soul Adventures is not liable for the inability to fulfill such requests.


5. Age Requirements

Participants under 18 years old on the date of travel are considered minors.

  • Supervision Requirements:
    Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. One adult may supervise up to two minors.
  • Minimum Age:
    Unless specified otherwise, the minimum age for Tour participation is 12 years.
  • Consent and Documentation:
    The accompanying adult is responsible for:
    1. Securing necessary legal consents and documentation for the minor(s).
    2. Ensuring compliance with travel requirements, including entry and exit regulations.
    3. Bearing any costs incurred due to non-compliance.

Joint Responsibility:
Each adult on a booking involving minors is jointly and severally responsible for:

  1. The behavior and well-being of the minor(s).
  2. Accepting the Terms on behalf of the minor(s), including risk assumptions and liability limitations.

No Care Services Provided:
Soul Adventures does not provide supervision or childcare services for minors and expressly disclaims any liability for their care.

Insurance Requirements

To participate in a Tour with Soul Adventures, we recommend you  have travel insurance that includes a minimum coverage of US$200,000 for medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and repatriation. This insurance is a highly recommended requirement and must cover all dates of your travel.

1. Additional Recommendations

  • It is strongly recommended that your policy also includes coverage for:
    • Trip cancellation or curtailment.
    • Loss, damage, or delay of personal property.
    • Other unforeseen expenses such as injury, delays, or travel disruptions.

Verification:
On the first day of your Tour, a representative of the Tour Operator will verify your travel insurance coverage.

Your Responsibility:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your insurance policy meets the required criteria.
  • Notify your insurer of the type of travel, destinations, and activities included in your booking to ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Insurance coverage is not included in the cost of the Tour and must be purchased separately.

Prices, Surcharges, and Taxes

1. Tour Pricing

  • The published price of a Tour and any associated services is subject to change at any time, up to 30 days prior to departure.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable sales taxes unless otherwise specified.

2. Surcharges

Soul Adventures reserves the right to apply surcharges to your booking for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Increases in transportation or fuel costs.
  • Additional fees such as landing taxes, embarkation or disembarkation fees, or airport charges.
  • Local operator cost adjustments.
  • Currency fluctuations.
  • Changes in government-imposed taxes or regulations.

Surcharge Threshold:

  • If the increase is greater than 2% of the original booking price, Soul Adventures will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
  • For increases exceeding 7% of the original price (excluding taxes, add-ons, and insurance), you may choose to:
    1. Cancel your booking without penalty.
    2. Accept the revised pricing.

Action Required:
You must notify the Tour Operator of your decision within 14 days of receiving the surcharge notice. Failure to respond will be deemed as acceptance of the revised price.

3. Discounted Pricing

Occasionally, Soul Adventures may offer promotional or reduced pricing for certain services or Tours. Reduced prices apply only to new bookings and cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.


Validity

  • Price Validity: All dates, itineraries, and prices are subject to change at any time. Final confirmation of your booking price will occur at the time of booking.
  • Responsibility for Updates: You are responsible for reviewing the most current details of your Tour, including itinerary changes, by visiting the Soul Adventures website or contacting the Tour Operator at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Deposits

1. Standard Deposit Policy

  • At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit is required:
    • 20% of your bookings fee.
  • If the booking is made 60 days or less before the departure date, full payment is due at the time of booking.

2. Special Deposit Requirements

For certain Tours or services, higher deposits or full payments may be required. These will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.

3. Lifetime Deposits

  • If you cancel your booking for reasons unrelated to nonpayment or a breach of these Terms, the deposit amount will be converted into a Lifetime Deposit.
  • Key Features of Lifetime Deposits:
    • No expiry date.
    • Transferable to another individual.
    • Applicable toward future bookings of equal or greater value.
    • Lifetime Deposits hold no cash value and cannot be refunded or redeemed for similar travel dates.

Details Required for Booking

As part of the booking process, you are required to provide complete and accurate information requested by Soul Adventures. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full legal names as they appear on travel documents.
  • Passport details, if applicable.
  • Emergency contact information.
  • Any other details as specified for the particular Tour or service.

1. Failure to Provide Required Information

If you fail to provide the required information:

  • An administrative fee may be applied for any resulting costs incurred by Soul Adventures.
  • Bookings or related components may be treated as cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply.

2. Responsibility for Errors

Soul Adventures is not liable for additional fees, delays, or issues caused by:

  • Errors or omissions in the information you provide.
  • Late submission of necessary documentation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal details, permits, and travel documents are submitted accurately and on time.

Airfare

1. Tour Pricing and Airfare

  • Unless expressly stated in the Tour description, Tour prices do not include international or domestic airfare.
  • The Tour Operator may provide quotes for airfare based on the best available prices for your requested travel dates. These quotes are provided as estimates only and do not constitute a firm commitment by the Tour Operator or any associated air carriers.

2. Airfare Conditions

  • The Tour Operator acts solely as a sales agent for the applicable air carrier.
  • All bookings and use of air travel tickets are subject to the air carrier’s terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies.
  • It is your responsibility to consult the air carrier’s conditions of carriage for complete details.

Limitations of Liability:
The Tour Operator is not responsible for:

  • Changes to air itineraries, flight schedules, or delays.
  • Providing advice, alerts, or updates related to flight status or ticket changes.

Final Payment and Acceptance of Booking

1. Payment Deadlines

  • The confirmation provided by the Tour Operator or your travel agent will specify the details and deadline for final payment.
  • The balance of the total price (excluding custom-tailored products or services) is due 60 days before the departure date of the first Tour service or product.

2. Late or Non-Payment

If the full payment is not received by the specified due date, the Tour Operator reserves the right to:

  1. Adjust the rate payable for the booking.
  2. Treat the booking as cancelled and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.

3. Bookings Made Within 60 Days of Departure

  • For bookings made less than 60 days before the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Additional Terms for Certain Products or Services

For specific products or services, alternative payment terms may apply. These will be communicated prior to booking and detailed on your invoice.

Third-Party Charges:
The Tour Operator is not responsible for fees levied by third parties, such as financial institutions or payment processors, nor will such fees be refunded.


Cancellation by the Participant

You may cancel your booking at any time by providing written notice to the Tour Operator. Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the date the cancellation notice is received.

1. Tour Cancellation Fees

  • 60 days or more before departure:
    • Your Lifetime Deposit will be retained in accordance with these Terms.
    • The remaining payments will be refunded.
  • 30 to 59 days before departure:
    • Your Lifetime Deposit will be retained.
    • 50% of the remaining payments will be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days before departure:
    • Your Lifetime Deposit will be retained.
    • No further refund will be issued.

2. Special Cancellation Terms

  • For certain products or services, such as Kilimanjaro expeditions, alternative cancellation terms may apply. These will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation of Additional Services

  • 31 days or more before departure: Full refund for optional services (e.g., arrival transfers, pre- or post-night accommodations, or “My Own Room” upgrades).
  • 30 days or less before departure: No refunds for optional services.

Guaranteed Departures and Cancellation by the Tour Operator

1. Guaranteed Departures

A Tour departure is guaranteed once the Tour Operator has received at least one booking secured with a valid deposit for that specific departure date.

  • Guaranteed departures are subject to reasonable itinerary adjustments or changes for health, safety, or operational reasons.
  • The guarantee does not apply in cases of Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, political instability).

2. Cancellation by the Tour Operator

If the Tour Operator cancels a Tour for reasons other than Force Majeure, you will have the following options:

  1. Accept a substitute Tour of equivalent or superior value.
  2. Accept a substitute Tour of lesser value and receive a refund for the difference in price.
  3. Receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Incidental Expenses:
The Tour Operator is not liable for incidental expenses or losses incurred due to a cancelled Tour, such as:

  • Visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
  • Accommodation fees or other bookings made independently of the Tour Operator.

3. Significant Changes Post-Departure

If a significant element of the Tour cannot be provided after departure:

  • The Tour Operator will make alternative arrangements where possible.
  • If no suitable alternative is available, the Tour Operator may offer a refund for unused services.

Travel Documents

1. Participant Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Obtain and carry all required documentation for your Tour, including passports, visas, permits, vaccination records, and insurance policies.
  • Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your travel end date.

2. Costs and Penalties for Missing Documentation

  • You bear all costs and liabilities resulting from failure to obtain or present required documentation.
  • The Tour Operator is not responsible for delays, additional expenses, or inability to participate in the Tour due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

3. Limitations of Advice

  • The Tour Operator does not provide advice on travel documents and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided about visas, vaccinations, or other travel requirements.

Flexibility and Unused Services

1. Acknowledgment of Flexibility

Adventure travel inherently involves unpredictability. You acknowledge that flexibility is essential and agree to reasonable modifications to products, services, or itineraries as determined by the Tour Operator. Alterations may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, or pandemics).
  • Illness or injury.
  • Mechanical breakdowns or transportation delays.
  • Flight cancellations, strikes, or political events.
  • Entry or border restrictions.

No Refunds for Missed or Unused Services:
The Tour Operator will not issue reimbursements, discounts, or refunds for services missed or unused due to no fault of the Tour Operator, including removal from a Tour due to your own negligence or breach of these Terms.


Changes

Itinerary Amendments

The Tour Operator reserves the right to amend or modify the itinerary of a Tour at any time, before or after departure, as deemed necessary in its sole discretion. Such changes may be made for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Safety concerns for participants or staff.
  • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Political instability, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
  • Operational challenges or unforeseen logistical issues.

1. No Refunds or Compensation

  • In the event of such amendments, no refunds, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided for missed services or changes to the itinerary.
  • The Tour Operator will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives where possible but is under no obligation to replace or replicate specific activities or destinations removed from the itinerary.

2. Acknowledgment of Flexibility

By booking a Tour, you acknowledge the unpredictable nature of adventure travel and accept that flexibility is essential. Changes to itineraries are sometimes necessary to prioritize the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all participants.

3. Changes by the Tour Operator

The Tour Operator reserves the right to modify your itinerary when reasonably required. These changes may include adjustments to routes, schedules, accommodations, activities, and transportation.

Material Changes:
A Material Change is defined as a modification that affects at least one in three full days of the itinerary or materially changes the character of a product or service. In such cases:

  • You will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, provided sufficient time exists before departure.
  • If a Material Change occurs more than 14 days before departure, you may choose to:
    1. Accept the change and proceed with the amended itinerary.
    2. Switch to a product or service of equal or greater value (subject to availability, with any price difference payable by you).
    3. Switch to a product or service of lesser value, with a refund issued for the price difference.
    4. Cancel the affected product or service and receive a full refund for the land-only portion of the booking.

You must notify the Tour Operator of your decision within 7 days of receiving notice of the Material Change, or you will be deemed to have accepted the revised itinerary.

Post-Departure Changes:
After departure, further changes may be required due to unforeseen circumstances or concerns for your safety, comfort, or enjoyment. These adjustments are made at the discretion of the Tour Operator, and you acknowledge the necessity of reasonable financial resources to cover any incidental expenses arising from such changes.

4. Changes by You

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to the Tour Operator is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Name Changes: Any changes to participant names on bookings require approval by the Tour Operator and may incur additional fees.
  • Booking Changes: Adjustments to bookings are subject to availability and approval, and you will be responsible for all extra costs incurred, including administrative fees.

No changes are permitted within 10 days of departure of the first product or service in the booking. Cancellations are not considered changes and will be governed by the applicable cancellation policies.


Acceptance of Risk

1. Inherent Risks of Adventure Travel

You acknowledge that adventure travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical activities with potential for injury.
  • Travel to remote or developing regions with limited access to medical care.
  • Participation in activities such as “extreme sports,” watercraft travel, or other high-risk experiences.
  • Exposure to varying hygiene, accommodation, and transportation standards.

Assumption of Responsibility:
By booking and participating in a Tour, you confirm that you have considered these risks and accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and personal capabilities during the Tour. You release the Tour Operator from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from such risks.

2. Compliance with Local Laws and Safety Measures

You must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and safety instructions in the countries and regions visited.

  • Behavioral Misconduct: The Tour Operator may terminate your travel arrangements without liability if your behavior causes danger, distress, or annoyance to others.
  • No Refund for Misconduct: No refunds will be issued for missed or unused services due to termination resulting from your behavior.

3. Property Damage or Loss

You agree to compensate the Tour Operator or its suppliers for any damage, destruction, or theft caused by you. Pre-existing damages must be reported to a Tour Operator representative as soon as possible.

4. Health and Safety Precautions

  • Use safety devices (e.g., seatbelts, helmets, or flotation devices) where provided.
  • Follow all posted and verbal health and safety warnings.
    The Tour Operator and its suppliers are not liable for injuries caused by your failure to comply with these instructions.

Third-Party Suppliers

1. Independent Providers

The Tour Operator collaborates with independent third-party suppliers (e.g., accommodations, activity providers, airlines, and transportation operators) to deliver certain components of your booking.

Limitations of Control:

  • The Tour Operator does not control or supervise third-party suppliers.
  • Services provided by third parties are subject to their respective terms and conditions, tariffs, and liability limitations.

No Liability for Third-Party Acts or Omissions:
The Tour Operator is not responsible for claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • The actions or negligence of third-party suppliers.
  • Disruptions or changes caused by third-party services.

Optional Extras

1. Definition

“Optional Extras” refer to services or activities not expressly included in the Tour itinerary or pricing (e.g., additional excursions, meals, or transportation).

2. Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that participation in Optional Extras is entirely at your discretion. The Tour Operator:

  • Acts solely as an agent for the provider of Optional Extras.
  • Disclaims liability for any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in Optional Extras.

3. Third-Party Responsibility

All liability for loss, damage, or injury associated with Optional Extras lies solely with the third-party provider offering the service.


Liability

1. General Limitations of Liability

The Tour Operator and its affiliates, employees, and representatives are not liable for:

  • Damage to property, injury, or death caused by third-party providers.
  • Losses due to delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond the Tour Operator’s control (e.g., Acts of God, political unrest, pandemics, or terrorism).

2. Liability Limits

Where liability is applicable due to negligence, the Tour Operator’s responsibility is limited by:

  • International conventions (e.g., Athens Convention for carriage by sea).
  • The maximum compensation permitted by law or the specific convention.

3. Exclusion of Indirect Losses

The Tour Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, revenue, or opportunities.


Force Majeure

The Tour Operator is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or pandemics.
  • Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
  • Government restrictions, strikes, or infrastructure failures.

Images and Marketing

By participating in a Tour, you consent to the Tour Operator using photos or videos containing your image for marketing purposes without further compensation. If you do not consent, you must notify the Tour Operator in writing prior to departure.


Privacy Policy

The Tour Operator collects, uses, and discloses personal information as required to provide Tour services, in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at Soul Adventures Privacy Policy.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted as narrowly as necessary to make it enforceable. If it cannot be made enforceable, the provision will be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue to be valid, binding, and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Contract Parties & Successors

These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, including their respective:

  • Heirs.
  • Legal and personal representatives.
  • Executors and estate trustees.
  • Successors and assigns.

All rights and obligations under these Terms will remain in effect despite any transfer, assignment, or change of control of the Tour Operator or its business operations.


Applicable Law

These Terms and any contracts or disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of South Africa. By booking a Tour, you agree to:

  1. Submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa.
  2. Resolve any disputes related to these Terms, your booking, or any Tour in accordance with South African law.

This clause does not limit your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, where applicable.


Amendments

The Tour Operator reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be:

  1. Published on the Tour Operator’s official website at www.souladventures.co.za/terms-conditions.
  2. Effective 10 days after being posted, unless a later effective date is specified.

Notification of Amendments:

  • It is your responsibility to review the most up-to-date version of these Terms before finalizing your booking or commencing travel.
  • An updated copy of these Terms can be accessed on the website or sent to you upon written request.

By continuing to use the services of the Tour Operator after the amendments take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
